I listen intently to my clients (in English and Spanish) and incorporate a variety of massage techniques to help relieve their suffering. Whether it is stress, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, insomnia, muscle tension, blood circulation, flexibility and range of motion, my goal is to help them feel better and improve their quality of life.
